A Major contribution to housing

Strawberry Star’s plans for the town centre will deliver 850-900 new one-to-three-bedroom homes.

The homes will likely be a mix of build to rent and for sale properties, providing options for existing Harlow residents and potential new residents of the town.

The new homes will significantly contribute towards Harlow’s future housing needs for existing residents and the anticipated growth of the town, particularly in the context of the proposed relocation of the National Institute for Health Protection (formerly Public Health England) which will bring thousands of new jobs to the town.

The new homes will be of the highest standards in terms of size and quality, in vast contrast to some of the recent new housing in the town centre delivered inappropriately through the conversion of office blocks.
